- The app should work seamlessly with your devices. However, it is good to check if the serial number of your devices matches with what was setup in the system. To verify, on the app screen click on the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner > click on Devices. The serial numbers listed should match with those printed on the label pasted of your devices.
- Insert fresh batteries on your devices.
- Take readings with your devices. Depending on the device model, you may need to take 2 readings before the app starts receiving data.
- To start using the app with your patients
- Request the patient to take readings using the devices.
- For each reading taken, the app should be receiving data and display it as orphan reading.
- Once all readings had been received, click orphan readings and the app will display all readings under your name.
- Select the reading that you want to be updated > select patient > done. This will upload and update the readings on the selected patient's account.
