• Logging In
  • After installation, login to the app using the credential provided to you. Make sure you entered them correctly.  
• Using the app
  • The app should work seamlessly with your devices. However, it is good to check if the serial number of your devices matches what was set up in the system. To verify, click on the 3 dots on the upper right hand of the app screen > click on Devices. The serial numbers listed should match with those printed on the label pasted on your devices.
  • Insert fresh batteries on your devices.
  • Take readings with your devices.
    

Note: Depending on the device model, you may need to take 2 readings before the app starts receiving data.
