Installing hLink and Healthemed apps on Android TV
- Take the TV unit out of the box.
- Power On and go through the prompts until you get to email login. Enter the client's (patient) email provided by Healthemed's administrator. (update MCS if different than Gmail address on the first machine).
- Enter client's Wifi and SSID listed in the pre-install form when prompted. Click Finish.
- Go to Play Store and download the following apps:
- hLink app
Healthemed app- Open the Healthemed app and enter the client's Hifinite credentials
- Anydesk Remote control and Anydesk Control Plugin (ad1)
- Open Anydesk on tv and go to Settings > Security > click Enable Unattended Access and enter password).
- hLink app
- On your pc, download Anydesk > login to tv's Anydesk ID. When prompted to confirm 'allow access' on tv, click on the 'don't ask again' button.
